All charges will be quoted at checkout and postage is combined for multiple purchases.
Postage is based on weight of parcel only regardless of the number of items you purchase. Smaller parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, larger parcels by carrier service. If your parcels is lost or damaged in the post we will only offer compensation for parcels sent by registered post. An official record is kept of all mail sent but the post office will only compensate for loss or damage if an item is sent by registered post. The carrier service offer standard insurance up to £150 but this does not include glass. Please contact us should you receive a damaged parcel.
All items have a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned in an unused condition within 7 days of purchase.
DISTANT SELLING REGULATIONS Under the terms and conditions of Distant Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after purchasing anything from this site. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 days, only if it is returned to us in unused new condition. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons. Oils and Ointments must be unopened and unused. However please email us prior to returning, in order to obtain a returns number. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcel returned to us, we advise you to send by recorded delivery. If your items arrives damaged we advise you to contact us immediately for a returns number, we will require the item back in order to inspect the damage for ourselves, so that we can ascertain if it is a design fault or postal damage.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in the post we will only offer compensation for parcels sent via special delivery. We keep an official record of all mail sent but the post office will only fully compensate loss or damage if an item is sent via special delivery. Therefore we strongly recommend the use of special delivery for all items. The courier used for items over two kilos offers standard insurance of up to £150, but this does not include glass and the first £35.00 of any claim is disregarded by them.
Clothing items are brand new, unless stated. All clothing returns must be returned with tags in tact, if tags have been removed returns will not be accepted.
International customers
Herbmoon Hollow will not be held responsible for any taxes or customs handling fees or anything to do with customs holding up shipments.
This is the full responsibility of the customer, so please check that goods are allowed into the country in question before ordering especially if it is a herb or anything containing herbs.
Insurance is not paid by royal mail for any lost or damaged item that is not sent via international signed for.
